What to Expect

WHAT TO EXPECT

Get ready to experience waterfowl hunting in the heart of the Central Flyway. From your arrival at the lodge to your final hunt, our goal is to make your trip with Falun Feathers as seamless, comfortable, and memorable as possible.

Here’s everything you need to know before you arrive.

Before Your Trip: Licensing

Prior to your first morning hunt, each hunter is required by law to obtain the appropriate licenses, permits, and stamps:

Kansas Resident or Non-resident Hunting License

HIP Permit

Kansas State Waterfowl Stamp

Federal Duck Stamp

Already purchased a Federal Duck Stamp in another state?

You do not need to purchase another, but you must be able to provide proof of your valid Federal Duck Stamp upon request.

Licenses and permits can be purchased online through the Kansas Department of Wildlife & Parks.
